Programmes by goal

Pick the goal. The plan is individual.

The coach builds your plan after the initial assessment and adapts each session to the space and equipment of the day — without changing the direction of the programme.

Muscle gain

What sessions focus on

Week-by-week load progression, strict technique and planned volume for every muscle group.

How you start

Initial strength and mobility assessment, a base plan with two to three sessions per week and loads set by the coach.

If you already train

Volume periodisation, technique review on the main lifts and variations that respect your training history.

Example of measurable progress

Squat from 40 kg to 70 kg in 4 months, with technique maintained and every session logged.

Fat loss

What sessions focus on

A mix of strength and conditioning work, with dense sessions that raise energy expenditure without sacrificing form.

How you start

Initial assessment, a realistic goal agreed with you and a weekly routine that fits your schedule.

If you already train

Denser circuits, load monitoring and fine-tuned intensity from week to week.

Example of measurable progress

Over 12 weeks with 2 sessions per week, 6 cm off the waist while strength keeps climbing.

Fitness and conditioning

What sessions focus on

Cardiorespiratory capacity, functional strength and mobility, combined into varied, progressive sessions.

How you start

Assessment of the basic movements and a simple starting routine to follow, in the park or at the gym.

If you already train

Periodic testing, time and distance targets, and circuits calibrated to your level.

Example of measurable progress

From 3 km to 7 km of continuous running in 8 weeks, with a test logged every month.

Every plan starts the same way: initial assessment, goal definition and an individual training plan built by the coach.

Tailored meal plans are a separate service, delivered by a CRN-registered nutritionist once your coaching arrangement is confirmed.

The Coaching Method

One coach. One programme. Three ways to train.

The setting of the session changes; the direction of the programme doesn't. Two deliverables stay with you from day one to the last.

One Plan, Three Settings

One goal, adapted to the space of the day. The coach adjusts exercises and equipment without changing the course of the programme.

  • At the selected gym: barbell, rack and full machines.
  • Outdoors: bands, step boxes, kettlebells and bodyweight.
  • In your own space: adjustable dumbbells, a bench and whatever you already have.

One single progress record: every session goes into the same tracking, so changing settings never interrupts the programme.

Progress Review

Every 4 weeks, a 15-minute review with the coach and a one-page progress record focused on what matters for your goal.

  • Every session stays within the confirmed small-group limit.
